Meet Coach Angie

Angelia Johnson (Coach Angie) brings almost two decades of experience as a certified fitness coach, speaker, corporate wellness consultant, local news Get Fit Expert and Zumba instructor, and is the Founder of Team Angie Fitness – Be your Best You.

Coach Angie introduces a unique wholistic approach to helping the woman, 35 years and older find balance…mind body and spirit using her proven system of strategies – The 10 Step Revolutionize Your Mind Philosophy and Journey to Lose Programs…paving the way to a positive and compassionate resolution to their mindset and fitness challenges.

These systems have helped hundreds of women realize what works best and what is the most fulfilling to them so that they continue on their health and fitness journey for life and not just the moment.

As a pre-teen and through her High School years, Coach Angie was body shamed and met adulthood with the promise to herself that she would no longer focus on what others thought of her weight but instead focus on making healthier food choices, becoming more intentionally active and helping other women learn to mindfully do the same.

“My goal is to empathetically empower my clients to make the best healthy lifestyle choices for themselves as they learn to become more in sync with the way their minds and bodies feel and unapologetically be their best selves.”
